NYS only funds school libraries at $7.00 per student. That doesn't cover the cost of hardcover books anymore. The books I have chosen will help students find something to read at their reading level. Libraries are always looking for additional funding to buy books. School libraries lose an average of 100 books per school year-some due to misplacement, some damaged, etc. This project will put some extra books in the hands of students who need them. Popular books are always wanted and appreciated. Thank you for supporting school libraries with your donation!
