I have a very active group of 13 boys and 8 girls. Many of them diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Daily I use music, hands on learning, peer learning as well as project based learning to keep this active group of learners learning. Our school is a Title 1 reading school, where students receive free or reduced lunch. Even though some my kids may come from lower income families, their desire to learn and achieve continues to be high. They are an eager group of learners.
