Integrating Smart Touch Screen Technology to Enhance STEM Learning
Funded Nov 14, 2024Dear Generous Donors,
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support of our classroom through your DonorsChoose contributions. Thanks to your generosity, we have received an amazing collection of materials that have already begun transforming our learning environment and enriching our students' educational experiences.
With the new manipulatives, our math lessons have become more interactive and engaging. Students now have the opportunity to visualize patterns, build arrays, and practice counting strategies with hands-on materials that make abstract concepts much more concrete and accessible. It has been wonderful to see their excitement as they work with these manipulatives to deepen their understanding of math!
Our classroom library also grew in a very special way with the addition of The Wild Robot by Peter Brown. This story has captured the hearts and imaginations of my students, sparking rich discussions about perseverance, empathy, and adventure. It's been incredible watching even reluctant readers become completely absorbed in Roz's journey.”

Thanks to your kindness and support, we have been able to enhance our learning environment and provide valuable resources to help foster a more engaging, organized, and comfortable space for my students.
Your contributions have allowed us to purchase a variety of essential items that will not only improve our classroom but also provide long-lasting benefits. The Fuzzy Feet Chair Glides will ensure our furniture is protected and reduce noise during lessons, creating a more focused and comfortable atmosphere. With 100 pieces, this generous supply will last for years, serving as a reminder of your impact on our classroom environment.
The Storex Large Book Bins are another wonderful addition. These interlocking plastic organizers will help us keep our classroom library tidy and accessible, making it easier for students to find the books they love. With six bins in total, there's now a dedicated space for every student to explore their passion for reading, which is essential to their academic and personal growth.
I'm also thrilled to introduce the Yoto Mini Audio Player, which will bring a new level of engagement to our classroom. This screen-free device is an excellent tool for encouraging independent listening and learning. Whether it's listening to stories, music, podcasts, or using it as a speaker with headphones, this device will create endless opportunities for educational and creative exploration. Additionally, the Yoto audio cards, will provide students with even more exciting ways to learn and engage with their favorite characters.
The Nicebay Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner is a practical and much-needed tool for keeping our classroom clean and safe. It will help us maintain a tidy and healthy environment, ensuring that students have a clean and comfortable place to learn every day.
The DECORITA Felt Wall Tiles are another wonderful addition to our classroom. These cork board alternatives will serve as a creative and interactive space for students to display their work and ideas, making the classroom feel more personalized and welcoming. The removable adhesive tabs will ensure that we can easily rearrange and update the display as needed.
The Digital Wall Clock with Remote Control has already proven to be an excellent addition to our classroom. The large, easy-to-read display keeps everyone on track and adds a touch of modernity to our learning space. The adjustable brightness and multiple color options are just a few of the thoughtful features that make it a perfect fit.
Your contributions have also enabled us to purchase fun and educational books, such as *Stumpkin*, *That Rule Doesn't Apply to Me!*, *The Wild Robot Protects*, and *Look! I Wrote a Book!* These books will help cultivate a love for reading and writing in my students while supporting their social-emotional learning.
From magnetic bookmarks to sensory tubes, each item purchased with your support has helped create a better learning experience for my students. Your generosity not only benefits them now but will continue to have a positive impact for years to come.
Once again, thank you for your unwavering support. Your contributions have truly made a difference in the lives of my students, and we are incredibly grateful for your generosity.”

Funded Feb 18, 2024I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible generosity and support for our classroom. Your donations of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) resources, along with a variety of other classroom essentials, have made a significant impact on our students' learning environment and overall school experience.
The SEL resources you provided are invaluable. In today's classrooms, fostering emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills is just as important as academic achievement. Your contributions have enabled us to integrate comprehensive SEL activities into our daily routine, helping students to develop crucial skills such as empathy, self-awareness, and effective communication. These resources are not just tools; they are bridges that help our students connect with one another and build a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
In addition to the SEL materials, your donations included wonderful incentives that have greatly motivated our students. The joy and excitement on their faces when they receive these rewards is truly heartwarming. These incentives have encouraged them to strive for excellence, not only in their academic pursuits but also in their behavior and interactions with their peers.
The flexible seating options, including the new chairs, have transformed our classroom into a dynamic and comfortable learning space. Students now have the freedom to choose their preferred seating arrangements, which has led to increased engagement and collaboration. The flexible seating has also been particularly beneficial for students with different learning styles and needs, allowing them to find the most conducive environment for their personal success.

Teaching With Technology
Funded Mar 27, 2018My students and I are extremely grateful for your generous donations towards funding our project. It has allowed our school year run smoothly and efficiently. This year has had its challenges but I was very glad to have had some upgrades to our classroom. We use many of the resources daily.
The TPT gift cards have been very helpful towards purchasing resources used daily in my classroom. I have purchased resources that have been across all subjects including Social and Emotional learning, which has been critical this school year as students and teachers have been going through constant changes and hurdles due to Covid 19.
We thank you so much again for allowing our keiki and teachers in Hawaii have the opportunity to provide our classrooms with the resources.”
