Our school is a medical preparatory school - meaning the students are preparing for careers in the medical field, while still in high school. Many of our students participate in internships and activities after school to get hands on experience with a variety of medical professionals. To become qualified to be in the medical field, the students need to become certified in CPR. An accident or life threatening situation can happen anywhere, at any time. It can happen in our students homes, communities, school, workplace, or while they’re doing an internship in a medical facility. To become young members of the medical community, we plan to certify all students in CPR.
