I teach a class of 5th graders who are very eager to learn about history and science. Unfortunately they live in an area that is economically disadvantaged and come from families that can't afford the internet or newspapers. They like to check out biographies a other non-fiction books from our school library, but there is not a great selection in our school. They beg to do reports and projects as often as possiale. They really want to learn, but our school does not have the resources that other schools in better areas of town have. Our students deserve more.
