My students work in groups of 4-5 students and thrive completing inquiry based tasks in the classroom. Having a well stocked physics lab will give them options while exploring kinematics and dynamics. The various carts and data collection materials will allow them to design and carry out investigations regarding kinematic equations and prove the laws of dynamics. Inquiry investigations have proven to be an effective tool for student engagement and learning, especially in a science classroom. These various investigations will be aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards to help promote the scientists, engineers, and computer technicians and of the future.
