My hope is to provide a learning environment where students can engage in these opportunities by reading books at their independent reading level, as well as books of various genres. The books that are requested will help our learning environment be filled with books at various levels to support individual needs of each student in my classroom. The more choices the student have in choosing a book of their choice, the more their reading can continue to develop in various genres of literature. As students choose books from the leveled library, they are able to find books at their independent reading level, as well as books to further their joy of reading!
