The materials include a listening center and a phonics activity to go with the listening center. These materials will make a difference by including more exposure to technology in the classroom. With this, science, social studies, reading and math, can be integrated within small groups. My students are still learning how to use certain technology such as a computer and tablet. I want to include more technology by introducing a listening center within small groups. The listening center I have chosen teaches phonics and requires them to use their thinking skills. I believe that this would be an great center to teach phonics and other subject areas within the classroom.
