These supplies will go towards a variety of projects, and will be used throughout the whole year. The students are forced to make art on 8x11 copy paper because we do not have high quality papers that pair with the materials. I choose rice paper for paper marbling, pastel paper for value studies, high quality large sized papers for making still life drawings, and watercolor paper for those paints. The posters will assist in the teaching and reference to the Elements of Art and Principals of design. As well, I am requesting a colored pencil set, and graphite pencils because those supplies are heavily relied on.
