Our school is in a district that has historically been a rural area. In the past ten years, we have become more of a suburban district as our city has expanded. We are a public school of 520 students in Kansas. Our students come from varying ethnic and economic backgrounds. My exploratory team teaches each of our students weekly. Our exploratory classes are art, library, computer, physical education, and music. We support learning through the arts via performances, projects, and integrated lessons with the classroom teachers.
