The use of legos is a daily activity in my classroom, but not having the space limits the creativity of the students. The items I have selected will give them an area that is designated for engineering and building with the legos and building blocks. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of where to work. Our project will not only help to improve the space but it will help build on the creativity that the children have been experiencing. Having a designated lego area will be an awesome area for the children to utilize.
