The students in our class are energetic and eager to learn. The students in our Pre-K Inclusion Class and are between the ages of 3 years and 5 years. They are mostly of Hispanic origin with 25% of the students identified as having a Learning Disability. Many are English Language Learners, who demonstrate an emerging ability to think and communicate in two languages according to their innate ability. The children and their families are active participants in the daily life of our school. Their active participation in Pre-kindergarten will afford them the opportunity to enter kindergarten ready to learn to read and write. They remain eager learners.
