This garden has been established as a Memorial Garden for a student that passed away a year ago, the garden needs revitalization. This garden also will provide food for the community and we will have open times for the neighborhood to come and enjoy what we are growing. We are asking for a composter, so we can compost weeds and food items that would otherwise become more waste from the school. That could be a science lesson for the science teachers to show the students how the composter works. We are asking for a herb garden planter to foster different herbs for students to learn the different ways to use herbs for culinary and medicinal purposes. The trellis' are for the plants that we will plant that need a place to grow upward. The lights would be for events that we can host in the garden so the community could also enjoy the vegetables and fruit that we will be growing in the garden. The garden markers would help with making sure that the students know where all the plants are and how to take of the different plants.
