My first graders enjoy learning and love to have fun while doing it! I have a wonderful group of diverse and eager learners who are very excited about reading. Reader's Workshop is definitely a favorite time among all my students. My students have a wide range of reading skills, and many are in the beginning stages of reading. During these beginning stages, it is an important time for reading confidence to be established. Having audio books will help my students, especially my struggling readers, build the literacy skills and the confidence they need to become successful, independent readers.
