Base plates will be used to help create more working surfaces for building and displaying projects. Hands-on materials including Lego Creative Brick Set, K'Nex Model Building Set, Snap Circuits Electronics Set and Magformers Magnetic Basics Set will help develop the firm foundation our brand new STEM/Makerspace needs and give our students a new learning space within our school. STEM/Makerspace gives the opportunity for students to become creators, thinkers, problem solvers, investigators, innovators, inventors and so much more. These materials will incorporate a variety of learning options, hands-on projects, and teamwork as students support and challenge each other while thinking outside the box to find solutions. These students are all excited to learn new things!
