This year a total of 87 students participated in our spring show either as actors, art and set crew, or stage and tech crew. They represent 10% of our total school population. They are talented 6th, 7th and 8th graders that get their first taste of the theater and acting here at our middle school. Our show is adult supervised but run totally by students. They create the sets and they run the tech equipment along with those who choose to act. Many of our former student performers have gone on to the stage at our high school and several have earned scholarships to college to study in the fields of the performing arts. We are proud of our program as is our community. We are asking for 4 wireless microphones to replace the ones that no longer work. This will help our actors and singers be heard!
