The classroom materials that I have chosen for this project allow students to choose different seating options that take up less space than regular chairs thus providing more room in the classroom. Stack Stools are colorful, comfortable and inviting for students. Fidget toys help relieve stress which helps strengthen focus. Bouncy chair bands produce a calming effect which in turn helps improve attention and performance. Classrooms that are conducive to learning contribute to the enhancement of student performance, helping students achieve their greatest potential as learners. In order for students to reach this potential, they must be in learning situations where they feel comfortable and not afraid to make mistakes. Flexible seating provides that comfort and sensory materials help calm, thus enabling students to do their best.
