My active third graders will be better able to focus with these flexible seating options. They will be able to choose the best option for their day of learning. By giving the students choices in seats, they take ownership in their learning. They also learn how to control their environment and make good choices. In addition, they learn how to respect others, share, and experience how their body and mind work together. The wobble stools, balance balls, and wobble cushions will increase our classroom community, while improving student learning and social skills. I am excited to give them this opportunity.
