I love getting students active and learning about how to stay fit. In my opinion P.E. and Health are the most important classes of a child's day because exercise, good nutrition, and healthy decision making is what allows someone to live a long happy life. I want to inspire students to love physical activity and to be kind, empathetic people. P.E. class for my students is a time to take safe risks, interact with others, and expend their energy. It's also a time for them to learn to value being physically active and develop multiple skills. Please consider supporting my project so that my students can make the most of their time when in P.E. class.
