My students will use the iPad Minis throughout the day for review, enrichment, and assessment. As I meet with students in small groups, I can have other students rotate through a "technology" center of the iPads. For example, my students can use the iPads in our Math class to practice multiple skills with several apps. During our Reading segment, they have access to digital books that will allow them to find and read books at their independent reading levels. Learning is also enhanced in Science class with instant access to research databases and inspiration for our young scientists to discover more about our world and how it works. We can also explore great people, places, and moments in our history during our Social Studies class. Your generous donation to our project will improve our First Grade classroom by building stronger readers, writers, and thinkers. All while increasing their confidence and abilities with technology.
