I am proud to be a Head Start teacher and dedicate my time enhancing the quality of life for low-income children and their families. My students range from 3 to 5 years old. There is 17 energetic and eager students in my room who come to school to learn, explore, and discover new things! Our daily routine goes above and beyond typical academics. We focus on physical and nutritional well-being, social and emotional capabilities, developmental growth, as well as steps towards self-sufficiency. Overall, I strive to create a classroom where teaching comes from the heart and my students are set up for academic and social success!
