These 30 pocket storage pocket chart found on Amazon will make it easier to teach my 5th graders how to develop organizational skills, as well as keep all of their work easily accessible to them in order to track their growth. They will be turning in their assignments to folders kept in the pocket organizers so they can easily pull out past assignments to review for upcoming tests/track their progress and grades/take home to show their parents. It's also going to be a much better system to use for parent-teacher conferences to grab a student's file versus rifling through the file cabinet--which is only accessible to me. This way, students can see their own file whenever they want, they can even take it home to share their progress with their parents. It's a great way to keep them accountable for their grades as well!
