Often times, my students focus is on the hunger in their stomachs, instead of the learning. This is due to many reasons from low income, to not having nutritious food available, to not eating a proper breakfast or lunch. My goal is to help eliminate one of their needs from their daily school life, which is to not have to worry about being hungry. Through your caring donation, I will be able to provide my students with a snack to help keep them fueled and ready to learn. Providing a snack between breakfast and lunch not only refuels my students, but gives them a brain break, a time to relax for a few minutes, so they are energized to go back into learning the next subject.

About my class
