My students enjoy working around the room, whether it be math, reading, writing or content. I would love to be able to provide different types of seating. As we adjust our teaching instruction practices to Inquiry Based Learning, I believe that the students should have flexibility around the room to promote freedom in learning. Surf tables, wobble chairs, and balance balls will help my students to have sensory experiences that would not normally happen with conventional seating arrangements. Recliners, stabili-t-stools, and round seats will give others chances to differentiate their seating and give them a more inviting space to learn.
