The Matatalab Coding set is hands-on coding robot for kids to help develop cognitive abilities, imagination and coding skills through hands-on play. My students have a high interest level in coding and I want to provide them with more opportunities for to express their imagination and critical thinking skills. My 1st graders will collaborate and communicate with their peers to play coding games provided by Metatalab coding. This will give them a more friendly way to learn fundamental coding concepts at a very early age. My students will have a physical way to learn abstract coding by playing with Metatalab Coding. Each afternoon the students have a STEAM Stations. They choose their station and quickly begin building, creating, critical thinking, exploring and engineering! With my school being a STEAM school we work towards our activities being student driven and project based. With the use of Metatalab coding set my students will be able to practice their critical thinking skills. By donating to our project, you will not only enhance the learning environment in our classroom, but you will help encourage 21st century learners and our future leaders! My students will have opportunities to learn more about maps, coding and robots through their own exploration by using Metatalab coding.
