Please help us tie together our vision for our dream literacy area with a big, cozy carpet. We will have a table for a technology center, a writing center with a word wall, writing table and easel for writing and felt board for story-related activities and a cozy book nook with a bookshelf, puppets and comfy couches to sit and read together. We are so excited to bring together our library, writing and technology areas with a carpet to allow the students to use these areas as one. Students can read stories together then retell using felt board props, write a page for a class book then add it to the library, practice both reading and writing letters, poems and sight words on the easel and visit the computer for literacy practice or story read alouds all in one warm, comfortable space!
