VersaTiles will be used in math centers that the students will utilize independently. After whole group learning in math, students spend time working in small groups with the teacher and also independently practicing with standards taught. During the time they are working independently, they need the ability to learn immediately if they are practicing correctly. VersaTiles are designed to focus on math standards at the grade level, and also give students immediate feedback for correct and incorrect answers given. A correct response with VersaTiles is indicated to the student by a design the tiles create. This allows the student to take responsibility for his/her own learning.

About my class
