The upcoming school year is filled with tremendous uncertainty. I am requesting money to purchase folding music stands so each of my band students will have their own stand to avoid contaminating each other. They have instruments and I will be giving them music, but they will each need a stand of their own in order to read their music. Something as simple as a holder for music will make the difference between being able to play instruments and having to sit and not participate. Middle Schoolers should be able to make music, no matter their money situation.
