These materials will provide students with the resources needed to implement some healthy coping strategies. Students often lack the skills as well as the materials needed to cope with symptoms impacting their mental health. Students will be able to use these materials when needed, at home or at school when feelings affecting their emotional well-being arise. With only a limited number of resources, I am not able to gift every student in need of these tools. By donating to this project, I will be able to gift students freely and have others students benefit from using these tools in counseling.
