The dissection trays and lab aprons will enable our labs to continue safely in the classroom. The majority of current 7th TEKS are life sciences. Students will have an opportunity to dissect earthworms, cow eyeballs, frogs, and even owl pellets!! My students will be able to engage, explore and develop skills that foster teamwork and life skills. Students will work together, independently, and have the opportunity to carry over what was taught in the classroom. Armed with information, with proper guidance and practice, students will acquire dissection skills that will carry over to higher-level lab classes and even promote a college education! They will enjoy learning in a fun and memorable way!
