The Adapted PE equipment would help my students to be successful in the PE setting. My students participate in a small Adapted PE group as well as being included in the regular PE setting. The softer balls help them when they participate with their peers in the gym. The different sizes and different textures will also help them with sensory needs. My students love to participate in sports to the best of their ability. The soccer nets and the light weight volleyball will be put to great use when we cover our sports units. My students need most of the PE activities modified and the equipment adapted in order for them to be successful. This equipment would be greatly appreciated and will help my students play. As we like to say, “Everybody plays!”
