My third graders come from a variety of backgrounds and have a variety of educational, emotional and social needs. They want what all third graders want - more recess and to be treated like everyone else! The tools I requested help to level the playing field for my students. Fidget toys and other resources help ADHD and Autistic children learn to self calm. Blue Light covered reduce the harsh fluorescent lighting can cause headaches and problems in all children. A kidney table allows me the opportunity to work in a small group at my student eye level, keeping their attention while working together. Thank you for considering my project and my students!
