In the classroom, the stage is set and students participate with me and their peers with little interruptions. In this time of distance learning, a new stage has unfolded where students can become easily distracted by video games and streaming services at home. The laptop will help me give my students a remote learning stage that is inviting, interactive and motivates them to learn. I will be using tools to animate and create history characters that will navigate students through the eras. I will be able to produce videos and lessons that will keep my students on connected and eager for the next set to begin.
