My hope for this project is to provide our students who struggle with self esteem while at recess with a room where they can engage in interactive games with peers as means to assist them with increasing positive social skills. It will give them the opportunity to learn appropriate behaviors without feeling lonely or punished. The resources that I have chosen requires for students to interact with each other. It will help with developing appropriate communication, interaction and friendship skills. My students will benefit by increasing their social/emotional well-being while at school which will make them smile and can make a difference in their overall education.
