Breathe for Change is a wellness training program conceived by educators, for educators. This 7-month virtual program enhances the well-being of greater school communities by training educators in meaningful areas of meditation, philosophy, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed yoga practice. Upon graduation from Breathe for Change, I will become certified to lead wellness and social-emotional learning programs at the campus, district, and community level. I will also earn a nationally recognized RYT-200 yoga teacher certification which can be applied to teach trauma-informed yoga and meditation practices to both adults and adolescents.

About my class
