We are a self contained kindergarten and first grade classroom serving students with severe autism. Ranging from 5 to 8 years of age we focus on building social and communication skills that will last us our whole life. Our academic curriculum focuses on language arts, math, science, and social studies with enrichment in social skills and communication instruction. Multi-sensory or visually aided educational tools are essential and difficult to come by in the public education systems. Any and all help in achieving higher quality education for my students will be greatly appreciated.
