Change classroom photo
Students will utilize a Zones of Regulation poster and system that they are currently familiar with. The goal is to get them to access independently and identify feelings/emotions. Students will use calming corner to come up with reasonable solutions that they have each designed independently. In addition, it is my hope they will use this calming corner for crisis resolution. I intend it to be a safe space to express feelings. Students can work in partners to identify big problem vs small problem and come up with solution accordingly. I am hoping they are more willing to do this as a safe space away from the watchful eyes of their peers!

About my class
