My students will use the TIME for Kids Newsletters to learn about current events while they grow in the area of comprehension and vocabulary during guided reading groups. The math centers will allow students to work in collaborative groups that will help expand their minds, as well as build relationships with their peers. Having math, reading, and writing resources changes everything. It gives them a chance to learn with something new that they never would have gotten to use before. Having these new learning resources that are made in the last couple of years, such as The Allowance Game and Prefix and Suffix Bingo, makes all of the difference because they are engaging. Getting the children excited about learning is one of the most important parts of being a teacher. The magnetic teaching charts, giant thermometer, and sand timer will help with that. These supplies will make my students feel ecstatic and ready to learn.
