My students are 32 hard-working 6th graders at a school in California. They are fun, active, creative and energetic. They work hard, play hard, and enjoy life and coming to school! Our school is a public school that teaches not only the required academics, but important values like respect, integrity, perseverance, initiative, positive mental attitude, compassion and cooperation. As a 6th grade teacher, it's part of my job to prepare them for junior high school and beyond. It's a fun challenge and we work as a team to give students opportunities to get ready for their future as scholars and citizens. 6th grade is definitely one of the best years!
