These games will provide resources for my students to enjoy their 45 minutes of physical activity. This is so important for children since most of the school day is spent sitting at their desk. During their physical activity time, I would like my students to enjoy the outdoors with the sportime play pack. This play pack will allow them opportunities to run, play and be social with their friends. However, if my students are unable to play outside, I would like for them to have a "plan B." That plan includes kit sets of some classic games. These games will allow my students to unplug from technology through board games whenever they play indoors. With these new recess resources, my students will be able to choose from a variety of games or equipment that will allow them to develop social skills and reap the benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. They will also be able to choose activities that they will enjoy during their physical activity time whether it is indoors or outdoors.
