These items will make a big difference in our classrooms! They will help to stop disruptive behaviors and allow students appropriate outlets for their wiggles. The wobble stools will help the students I have who have extra big wiggle needs and crave more sensory input and wiggle time than others. These tools will help our grade level (1st-3rd) to reach their fullest potential by giving them the opportunity appropriately manage their sensory needs and focus on work once those needs are met. It will help other students indirectly as there will be fewer distractions in the classroom! I can think of so many students who would be excited to try out these new ways to sit and work. There are many opportunities for these materials to help a lot of different learners! Students have already been introduced to yoga balls and wobble cushion and I could see the big difference it made in our classroom. I cannot wait to add more and share with my grade level!
