The science center in our Pre-K classroom is currently limited with resources. However, the children in my classroom, find interest in the few resources that we do have. The children love to explore the world around them and participate in learning that brings the outside world to the classroom. The items on this list, will be included in my classroom's free center play time along with scientific large group activities. The students will be able to use these materials, to enhance their knowledge about the world around them. As their teacher, I am excited to have resources to make this type of learning possible for my students. The items on this list will promote curiosity and further their intellectual abilities. Along with the science aspect of this project, there are a few extra resources that will enhance the day to day functioning of our classroom as well.
