With these items, we can track our distance runners' mileage, send them on timed runs, and our sprinters will have some quality blocks to prepare for track meets with. More specifically, the training we do, we would use these watches in both practices and meets. I can get more information from the individual athlete that way. For the starting blocks, a large percentage of the sprinters' race, is the start of it. We cannot effectively teach our athletes to sprint if we don't have good equipment to do so with. These blocks will allow us to begin to teach properly.
