I have secured funds to finally change my room from a classroom into a collaborative business incubator. Our capstone class lets students pitch to investors real business startups that they work on with the community throughout the year; some even get funded! I want to provide them a way to communicate, plan, and organize the way businesses do, while also keeping me in the loop and allowing me to provide feedback. Our class meets during the week but they also work here outside of class time. These dry erase boards will add to the appearance of a real business space, while also providing a critical component of project based learning.
