The students at our school are a special set of children. They have chosen to attend a school where they are held to a higher academic standard than their peers at other schools. They must maintain this standard throughout their educational career in order to remain at the school. On top of this, all students are members of the California Cadet Corps. This rigorous program builds discipline in the students, teaches them values and requires them to give back to their community. I am constantly amazed by all of the things that these children can do while they are at school and the cheer that they bring to their tasks. These students choose to go above and beyond the standard expectations for their age group both in school and in life and deserve to have every education resource possible to help them to succeed in these efforts.

About my class
