Our room is filled with 20 at-risk, pre-school students (3-5 years old) who constantly face challenges that many individuals do not experience throughout their entire life. Many of these students have significant sensory needs and deficits. By obtaining mats, our school guidance counselor will be able to incorporate yoga to meet the needs of these students, and therefore, help to obtain a sense of calm and serenity that will help them focus and grow emotionally and educationally.

About my class
