This project will incorporate writing, art, and technology. Students will have multiple opportunities to write on a variety of topics. Students will use computers to create Google documents. They will write, revise, and edit their work. Students will publish final works with illustrations and photos. They will have the opportunity to use a variety of materials to enhance their creations. We need a color printer, binding machine, markers, and other supplies. I believe these first graders will leap at the opportunity to express themselves and learn the power of publishing! They already have so much to share. Our classroom is a better place because of their thoughts and wisdom. We want to share this with others!
