Being able to have these 16" scooter boards will make a huge improvement in my physical educations classes. Having the 16" scooter boards not only creates fun activities for my students to stay healthy, but they will also help keep my students safe because they are bigger/more developmentally appropriate for my 3rd-5th graders. I can hear it now: The laughter of students combined with the communication of teamwork and student learning taking place. In my classroom, the scooters will create more opportunities to help engage students in physical activity, teamwork and of course, FUN! For many of my students just having the chance to be physically active is tough outside of school, so by creating chances for these students inside of my classroom that are fun and intriguing to my students can truly be life-changing.
