After years of neglect, our school library has been brought back to life. However, the collection is outdated and missing so many key pieces to making it absolutely fantastic. This project will breathe new life into our everybody books section by bringing in picture book must haves for students of all ages to enjoy. I plan to use many of these books as read alouds and as competition books for our Battle of the Books in March. The students will have these books featured during books talks and fun book displays throughout the library as well as during book bistro.
