I am grateful for my little ones, my students, for the smiles they bring to school everyday and for teaching me to slow down and enjoy the wondrous details of life. My students are preschoolers,ages 3-5, who have mild to intensive special needs. While 3-5 in chronological age, developmentally they are around 6 months to 4 years of age. Our classroom has students with a variety of disabilities, ranging from autism to intellectual disabilities to multiple disabilities. Our school qualifies for 100% free school lunches and we are a Title 1 school as well.
